Complete the detailed health survey prior to the health assessment to help us understand your health goals and current health status.

STEP 3: HEALTH ASSESSMENT

We’ll review your survey and discuss areas where you want to improve โ€” whether it’s fat loss, nutritional habits, stress management, or sleep improvement during your first session.

STEP 4: DETERMINE COACHING PACKAGE BASED ON YOUR READINESS TO MAKE CHANGES

Choose the plan that best fits your goals, needs, and budget. Whether you’re ready to make significant lifestyle changes or prefer a more gradual approach, we’ll help you create a plan

STEP 5: KICKOFF CALL BEFORE STARTING PROGRAM

We’ll dive into the nutrition, mindset, and a personalized strategy to set you up for success prior to starting the program and help you develop a plan to reach your health goals.

STEP 5: ONGOING SUPPORT

Week 1: Every other day check-ins for strong momentum while working toward your health goals.
Week 2: Two coaching sessions to refine the process and discuss your progress.
