My journey began February 2018. This tired, depressed 230lb mom was desperate for help. Exercising 5x a week, avoiding and numbing the hard things in life. Just barely surviving, married with 2 beautiful kiddos and managing 3 jobs. I was a people pleaser, I was comfortable, I was sitting on the sidelines of my life. Scrolling social media one day I stumbled across an acquaintance whose story was very similar to mine. One decision to message her changed everything in our lives.
